Calming Herbal Tea – 10g Test Tube with Tea Strainer

A relaxing blend of herbal tea ingredients to support you to take a moment to pause, de-stress and show yourself some self-care.

Directions:
Place a tablespoon serving of the tea blend into a tea strainer and brew in boiling water for 2-5 minutes depending on desired strength. Remove tea and strainer before drinking. Add cold water as required.

Chamomile, Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Rosemary and Blue Cornflower Petals.
