We will do everything we can to ship your items within 48 hours of order being received, EXPRESS post does not speed up the manufacture and order processing time, only shipping time.

Please note, that once the items leave our factory, the delivery time is out of our control, however we will provide tracking information on parcels where relevant.
All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery for Security to prevent Loss or Theft, or will be delivered to your local Post Office if no one is at the address provided. (This is to cover all parties involved, most importantly, you ). If you change the details at any time during transit, we will not be responsible for any missing parcels.
For those in regional areas or western states, please allow extra time. Generally items will arrive within 7 business days of posting – although rural areas may require more time.
Please ensure you leave ample delivery allowances for your goods as unfortunately postal time frames can be unpredictable.

Local pickup is available out our Showroom at our Warehouse location at Sister Sensory – Factory 4, 4 Brooke Court, Melton, VIC, 3337. We will text or email you know when your order is ready to collect.
