The returned product must be in its original condition, unused and un opened.
Return postage is the clients responsibility and must have tracking.

If any products should arrive faulty or damaged during shipping, please advise Positive Mind Open Heart within 7 days and we will replace or refund your goods for you via Express Post at our cost.
