Peppermint essential oil is a natural hybrid herb of spearmint and watermint. Peppermint essential oil dates back to as far back as the egyptians in 1550 B.C where they used it to help with upset stomach pains. We still use it today to help with this issue.

Diffuser: Add 4-6 drops of Peppermint essential oil to a diffuser to help you breathe easy

Skin: use in cleanser to help control blemishes and acne

Will help with calming and assisting with mental fatigue

Cleaning powerhouse: Peppermint is a purifying component which makes it perfect to use in those homemade cleaning products.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Sprinkle a little on the cobwebber or on a cloth on the end of the broom and remove cobwebs and will deter spiders from reappearing
