Wholesale (Reseller) Terms & Conditions

ORDERING
Orders can be placed via our website after your wholesale account has been approved and set up. Please use the code WHOLESALE to receive your approved discount.
MINIMUMS
We have a minimum order spend of $300 Wholesale value -with a flat rate shipping cost of $25.
Should you wish to retail only certain items of our range ie, journals only, (and the value of your order doesn’t reach the minimum) a minimum order of 10 items per product will apply.
PAYMENT
Payment for orders must be in full prior to dispatch.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are sent via Australia Post – and Wholesale order processing can take 10 days from receipt of order to shipment date. However, we aim to send orders out ASAP
PRICING
Our RRP are in AUD and exclusive of GST these prices are a guide which we recommend retailers use to ensure no undercutting of pricing.
SALES CHANNELS
The resale of Positive Mind Open Heart (PMOH) products are to be sold only via the physical store or website disclosed upon account creation. PMOH products are not to be sold on Ebay or any other sales channel not disclosed.
MARKETING COLLATERAL
We recommend retail partners follow PMOH on our social media platforms Instagram & Facebook (@positivemindopenheart) to gain access to our marketing collateral for your use.
PLEASE NOTE
Our products or any part of the products PMOH provide to you, should not be copied, altered or re-branded in anyway. Please refrain from using our products and rebranding as your own. By ordering PMOH on a wholesale basis you agree to becoming a “Reseller” of our Positive Mind Open Heart brand.
